Foundation

About the foundation

The Foundation for Entrepreneurship Education actively promotes and cultivates innovative thinking among students and educators throughout the education system.

We are developing a generation of individuals with entrepreneurial mindsets by giving them confidence, training them to turn ideas into reality, and helping them integrate into work environments where they can have their first real-life experience. Additionally, we train teachers to implement group and project-based learning to foster an entrepreneurial mindset in their classrooms.

By fostering skills and providing support mainly to youth, we aim to create a generation of confident, knowledgeable, and motivated people to impact society positively.

Our programs

Our programs

The Foundation focuses mainly on enhancing students' entrepreneurship skills through after-school programs and equipping teaching staff with the capability to facilitate group projects and teaching through hands-on training.

Soutěž & Podnikej

Soutěž & Podnikej was an extracurricular program of the Educational and Entrepreneurship Foundation that, over seven years, supported nearly 1,000 high school students from 69 schools in 47 cities across the Czech Republic. With the help of over 150 mentors, numerous partners, judges, and experts, students launched their first entrepreneurial and non-profit projects.

In 2024, we handed the program over to a new team. Today, it continues under the name BeNextOne, pursuing the vision of a European competition for high school startups.

Thank you to everyone who was part of the journey.

The MAXP education platform was created as part of the Junior MBA project supported by the Erasmus+ program and focuses on teaching youth entrepreneurship as a key competence for the future.

The entire MAXP platform offers a variety of game elements that make users forget they are learning, because they are having fun discovering new planets, constellations and galaxies.

And for teachers and youth workers, MAXP offers a methodology that makes it easy to incorporate MAXP materials in their lessons and youth-centered programs.

Quest: Entrepreneurship

Quest: Entrepreneurship is a system that offers a textbook, worksheets, a methodology for educators, supplementary videos and a workshop for educators. All of these materials were originally created for the needs of educators in the South Bohemia region.

After implementation in practice and very positive feedback from teaching staff, students and observed improvement in students' ability to create and engage in project-based learning, we decided to provide the workshops and materials to educators outside of the South Bohemia Region through continuing education for teaching staff ("DVPP").

SEED I a SEED II

The Educational & Entrepreneurship Foundation was a proud partner of the SEED I and SEED II projects, which promoted entrepreneurial mindset as a key life skill among vocational school students and teachers.

SEED I focused on creating teaching materials, research, and practical examples—including support for social entrepreneurship. Building on this, SEED II (2024–2025) emphasized concrete steps to bring entrepreneurship into school life, enhance the appeal of vocational education, and support youth from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Through podcasts, manuals, and collaboration with teachers and school leadership, we demonstrate that entrepreneurship is not just about starting a business but about having the courage to create and drive change. The project is co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme.
